Eat these Foods to Become More Obese

Most people want to lose weight. Well that is a good thing to do especially if your overweight! Many people also know how to lose weight. The easiest way is to just burn more calories than you ingest! That is pretty simple.
What most people don't seem to understand is how and why they gain weight so fast. So let's look at some foods that will help you gain weight fast. Then you can use these foods to gain weight or you can just stop eating them to help yourself begin to lose a few extra pounds! Before we talk about the foods, just remember that each pound you want to gain requires 3500 calories extra on average.
One of my favorite foods for gaining weight is the lovely cinnamon roll. If you have never had a cinnamon roll before beware, they taste really good! There are a lot of good cinnamon rolls out there in the world, but let's be honest, one of the very best is made by Cinnabon. These little babies are more than just tasty, they are absolutely delicious! Even better they come in at a decent 700 calories per roll, so you only need to eat 5 to gain that extra pound you have been dying for, and may just die for!
The favorite item on my list is French fries. They come in so many shapes and sizes it is almost unfair. I may by no means be able to try them all! Well they are good, and greasy. They are generally prepared by cooking in oil and salting heavily, this results in a very tasty combination of salt and oil that helps your body to not realize when it is full. The average serving of fries has between 400 and 600 calories, but don't worry if you get the extra large size available with most meals you will be able to get close to 1000 calories per serving!
Another one of my favorites is ice cream. I love gourmet ice cream made from extra rich cream. Some ice cream companies actually have herds of cows bred specially for their ability to produce cream with more fat in it! They also make ice cream with all kinds of super rich additives like chocolate, caramel, nuts, and marshmallows! A good sized serving of ice cream with some nice tasty things mixed in will set you up with more than 1000 calories. This is the quick way to add some weight!
These steps hopefully aren't taken too seriously, because with the normal habits of people eating sweets for breakfast, fried food for lunch, and heavy food for dinner with a nice ice cream dessert it would be easy to gain a few pounds in a week. If you avoid foods similar to these you will definitely be on your way to not gaining weight quickly, and perhaps even losing a few pounds. Having a balanced diet is all that many people need to begin to lose weight and achieve far better health in their lives. It really isn't difficult to be healthy, you just need to make the choice to do so, and follow through with the required actions!
